This website (yanshine.id) is built, run, and maintained independently by Yan Ming 颜明 (Ming Yan). There is no company, agency, or third party involved in its operation.

2. What information is collected

When you visit this site, the server automatically logs your IP address, your browser's language setting, and your device/browser type (user agent). This happens because the site runs on a self-managed server (own DNS, own infrastructure) — this is standard server-level logging, not tracking or analytics software.

3. What is NOT collected

This site does not use cookies, third-party analytics (like Google Analytics), advertising trackers, or any external tracking service. "No cookies · No tracking · No ads" — as stated on this site.

4. How long is data kept

Server logs (IP, language, device type) are kept indefinitely, but are reviewed and may be deleted for technical/debugging purposes (e.g. fixing DNS issues).

5. Is data shared with anyone

No. This data is never sold, shared, or transferred to any third party. It stays only on this site's own server.

6. Newsletter signup

If you subscribe to updates via email, your email address is stored only for the purpose of sending you updates about new music and releases. You did not sign up for anything else, and your email is not shared with anyone.

7. Studio tools

Tools in the Studio section fall into two categories:

Free tools — these run entirely in your browser (client-side). Nothing you enter or upload is sent to this site's server. Any temporary data these tools use is stored only in your own browser and is cleared when you clear your cookies/browser data.

Member-only tools — these require an account and run on this site's own server (e.g. audio conversion tools). Files processed through these tools are handled server-side solely to perform the requested function, and are not retained beyond what's needed to complete the action.

8. Future features

If ticket sales or show bookings become available in the future, any additional information collected (such as name or payment details) will be covered by an updated version of this policy before that feature launches.

1. Music Credits

Lyrics, Composition, Production, Vocal Production, Vocals, Vocal Textures, Recording, Mixing, Mastering, Publishing & Curation — is me, Ming Yan 颜明. Only the instrumentals are AI — temporarily.

2. Website & Code

This website — its structure, design, navigation logic, and every line of code — was written, edited, and assembled by me, Ming Yan 颜明. Some parts were built with AI assistance as a tool, but every decision, edit, and detail on this site went through me personally, including (but not limited to):

Color palette & visual identity — the cream, gold, and yellow theme, and all design choices, are mine.

Logo — the current logo was made using my own conversion tool. It is my property and represents my brand identity.

Translations (multi-language content) — every translated word on this site was reviewed and translated by me personally, one by one.

SEO & structured data — including additional names added so the site can be found correctly (for example, in emergency searches), schema.org data, and search-engine metadata.

AI/LLM discoverability — llms.txt, ai.txt, and markdown versions of pages, so AI systems can read and represent this site accurately.

Accessibility — skip-to-content link, screen-reader labels, keyboard navigation support, and alt text on images.

Anti-spam & security — honeypot fields, CAPTCHA, and privacy-respecting settings such as blocking microphone/camera access and disabling referrer tracking.

4. Hosting & Infrastructure

This site is hosted with Dominesia. DNS is self-managed by me. Credit is given here as a factual acknowledgment of the infrastructure this site runs on.

5. Usage & Permissions

All original lyrics, compositions, recordings, code, design, and branding on this site (yanshine.id) are the intellectual property of Yan Ming 颜明 and are protected under international copyright law. The logo and brand identity are also protected as identifying marks of this artist. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content — including the logo — without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
